Safety lessons learned
Doing the job safely is at the heart of our operations. Yet, if an incident or near miss occurs we encourage the reporting of all such events. We have robust processes and systems in place encouraging swift reporting of any event, with a prompt investigation and consultation exercise. We aim to identify learnings and optimise processes, and implement better tools and training exercises.
Learnings
Proactive methods of adoption are encouraged through sharing the new best practice ‘learnings’ via departmental meetings and through our internal ‘Safety Flash’. We also share our ‘learnings’ externally via industry work groups.
