A Quality Systems manual has been established to cover all operational activities undertaken by Peterson SBS.
Quality system
Key to the success of quality management is the active involvement of managers, supervisors and personnel at all sites and periodic management reviews. The quality system is certified to meet the standard ISO 9001 and has a corrective action database to capture any required follow up associated with quality incidents, customer complaints, audits and non conformances.
